Foil Cooking – Ham and Pineapple Foil

Ham and Pineapple Foil

1 slice ham
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon pineapple juice
1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Place ham slice on one side of foil after you spread both sides of the ham slice with mustard. Sprinkle brown sugar on the top side and add pineapple chunks with pineapple juice. Seal foil tightly. Cook 10 minutes in hot coals while turning every 2-3 minutes.
