Campers “Good Luck” Pizza
Ingredients
Frozen pizza dough
Pizza or spaghetti sauce
Non Stick Spray
Grated mozzerella cheese
Pepperoni
Mushrooms
Green Peppers
Whatever other toppings you like
Instructions
Spray grill with non stick spray. Shape dough into the size of a small pizza and place on grill. Layer sauce on dough and top with cheese and your favorite toppings. Loosely cover with foil or a lip if you have one large enough. Slide grill over hot coal approximately 8-12 inches from coals – depending on temperature. Cook for approximatley 8 -10 minutes until crust browns.
