Campfire Marshmallows
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 pkg. (10oz) Campfire Marshmallows or 1 pkg. (10-1/2oz.)
Campfire Miniature Marshmallows
6 cups of crisp rice cereal
Decoration: icing, candies and sprinkles
Instructions
Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add marshmallows, cook until melted and mixture is smooth stirring constantly. Remove from heat
Add cereal immediately mix lightly until well coated, press into greased 15x10x1-inch pan. Cool completely Cut into assorted holiday shapes with greased cookie cutters. Decorate cut-outs with icings, candies, and sprinkles Makes 12 servings
Use your microwave: Place butter in large microwavabe bowl. Microwave on high 45 seconds or until melted. Add marshmallows toss to coat Microwave 1-1/2 minutes or until melted and mixture is smooth. stirring after 45 seconds continue as directed.
